Lens Replacement

1. Choose your lenses

   Tell us about your frame, then pick your lens type, material, color and any extras, and add your prescription. You'll see the total before it goes in your cart.

2. Send us your frame

   After you order, you send it to us the way you chose:

   • Email Shipping Label ($4.95): We email you a prepaid label to send us your frame.
   • Box and Shipping Label ($9.95): We mail you a protective box with a prepaid label.
   • Email Shipping Instructions (Free): We email instructions for sending your frame with your own carrier.

3. We make your lenses

   Once your frame arrives, our lab makes your new lenses and fits them to your frame.

4. We ship your glasses back

   Your frame comes back with its new lenses, ready to wear, by the shipping method you choose at checkout.

• Your frame. The brand and model are printed on the inside of the temple arm.
• Your prescription, if your lenses need one. Upload a photo of it, type in the values, or give us your doctor's details and we'll request it for you.
• Your pupillary distance (PD). It's often written on your prescription. How to measure your PD

Turnaround

Custom prescription lenses take 1–7 business days to process once your frame arrives.

Shipping options

Standard USPS — 5–7 business days, free on orders over $100. Expedited FedEx — 2 business days, $17.95. Next Day — $34.95. International rates are calculated at checkout.

Custom-lens orders are eligible for a 50% refund, or 100% in store credit less shipping.

Prescription lenses carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
