Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy (“Health Data Policy”) explains how Designer Frames Outlet, LLC (“Designer Frames Outlet,” “we,” and “us”) collects, uses, and shares “consumer health data,” as that term is defined in Washington’s My Health My Data Act, chapter 19.373 RCW (the “Act”), and how you may exercise your rights under the Act. We do not share consumer health data with any affiliates.
We also disclose consumer health data to service providers (“processors”) that process it on our behalf and under a written contract, such as providers of website hosting, e-commerce, payment processing, customer support software, AI chat technology, and our “Try On” tool. These processors may use consumer health data only to provide services to us.

5. Consent
We collect and share consumer health data only with your consent or to the extent necessary to provide a product or service that you have requested from us. If we ever wish to collect or share consumer health data for another purpose, we will first ask for your separate, opt-in consent, and we will tell you the categories of data involved, the purpose, the categories of recipients, and how you can withdraw your consent.

We will need to verify your identity before acting on your request, and may ask you to confirm information such as your name, email address, and a recent order number.
Timing and cost. We will respond within 45 days after we receive your request. If we need more time, we may extend that period once by up to 45 additional days, and we will tell you within the first 45 days why we need the extension. We will respond to up to two requests per year free of charge.
Appeals. If we decline to take action on your request, you may appeal our decision by emailing privacy@designerframesoutlet.com with the subject line “Washington Health Data Appeal” within [60] days after you receive our decision. We will respond in writing within 45 days after we receive your appeal and will explain the reasons for our decision. If we deny your appeal, you may submit a complaint to the Washington State Attorney General at https://www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.
7. Changes to This Health Data Policy
We may update this Health Data Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on the Website and change the “Last Updated” date above. We will not collect or use consumer health data for additional purposes, or collect additional categories of consumer health data, without first obtaining your consent.
