Frame Liability Acknowledgment

 

Designer Frames Outlet is not responsible for frames that arrive damaged.  All frames are inspected when received and if we feel the frame condition may increase the possibility of damage or breakage, we will notify you before replacing the lenses.  In the rare occurrence that a frame is damaged during the lens replacement, we will notify you and offer a replacement if available; if not we will offer a store credit (up to $300) for comparable value so that you can select a new frame. 

Designer Frames Outlet will assess the value of the frame based off of the comparable models from the same brand or similar brands.
