Look inside the temple arm of a pair of glasses you already own for three numbers separated by a box and a dash, such as 52□18-140. The first number is the lens width, the second is the bridge width, and the third is the temple length, all in millimeters. Standard USPS — 5–7 business days, free on orders over $100. Expedited FedEx — 2 business days, $17.95. Next Day — $34.95. International rates are calculated at checkout.

Processing time

In-stock frames ship same day when ordered before 1pm PST (Monday–Friday). Orders with custom prescription lenses take 1–7 business days to process.

Returns & cancellations

Frames without prescription lenses may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping. Custom-lens orders are eligible for a 50% refund, or 100% in store credit less shipping. Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase.

Warranty

Every frame includes a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship (accidental damage is not covered). A 2-year extended warranty is available for $24.95. Prescription lenses carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
